This Multi-Service Button is a compact IoT device, based on Sigfox and LoRaWAN, which is hermetic (IP65) and extreme temperature-resistant (-40°C / +60°C). 5 buttons allow to report multiple events and trigger automated actions. This allows you to monitor and optimize your customer experience in real time. Remote configuration via downlink is possible.

The special feature of the Smilio Multiservices Button: it can be used with LoRaWAN® as well as Sigfox and that without any special configuration. For this purpose, there is a so-called "jumper" under the battery cover. For use with Sigfox, simply leave it in place. If you want to use the button with LoRaWAN® instead, remove all batteries and then the jumper.
