Request item return

You would like to return your order to us? To do so, please first send us a return request using the form below. Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with further information as soon as possible, as well as a return shipping label to include with your package. Please do not return your package to us without a prior request.

Returns without reason for complaint

Please note that there is no general right of withdrawal when purchasing goods in our store, as our offer is currently aimed exclusively at commercial business customers and not at private consumers (see our terms and conditions). 

Returns with reason for complaint

If you would like to complain about a defective item, please use our product complaint form first before sending your package back to us. Your request will then be checked by us and you will receive further information and the required documents for your return as soon as possible.
