File a complaint
You want to complain about a defective product? Then please use our form below and fill in the error description completely. After receiving your request, we will check it, and you will receive all necessary information and documents for your return as soon as possible. Please do not return your package to us without a prior request.
Upon receipt of your return, we will check whether it is a legitimate complaint. If this is the case, we will of course arrange a refund for the total value of your order including the shipping costs paid, or send you a replacement item (as requested). Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in all cases. If the complaint is not justified, we will charge you additional costs for the effort incurred, depending on the particular device to be checked. You will receive more detailed information about this after your complaint request together with the documents for your return.
Returns without reason for complaint
Would you like to return an item to us without a reason for complaint? Then please use our return request form before returning the item. Please note, however, that there is no general right of withdrawal for the purchase of goods in our online store, as our offer is currently aimed exclusively at commercial business customers and not at private consumers (see also our terms and conditions).
